What this covers

These terms govern your use of this website. The service itself is governed by the Store Management Agreement you sign. Diverse Commerce LLC ("we", "us") is a Wyoming, USA registered company.

The service

We provide a managed ecommerce service: building and setting up your store on a supported platform (TikTok Shop, eBay or Etsy), researching, evaluating and listing products, managing suppliers, creating content, managing day to day operations and order processing, coordinating fulfilment, handling customer service and returns, monitoring account health, and ongoing optimisation.

Ownership

You own your store and your accounts at all times. We operate them on your behalf, but the store, the selling accounts, the customer base and any revenue belong to you. If the agreement ends, the store and accounts remain entirely yours.

What you provide

  • An active selling account
  • A signup on our fulfilment channel so orders can be fulfilled
  • The access needed to operate the store on your behalf
  • Timely responses to reasonable requests so work isn't delayed

You confirm the accounts and information you provide are genuine and yours to use.

Fees & billing

The service fee is $499 USD per month (or the agreed local equivalent, £399 GBP / $799 AUD), billed monthly in advance on your billing date. The fee does not include third party costs such as platform seller fees, product or fulfilment costs, or optional advertising spend.

Cancellation

This is a month to month agreement. You can cancel anytime in writing (email is fine), with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month, and your store and accounts remain fully yours.

Platform actions

Neither party is responsible for platform actions outside our control (such as a platform suspending an account for its own policy reasons), though we will work in good faith to help resolve issues.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep each other's private business information confidential and to use it only to deliver or receive the service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the month a claim arises. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost opportunity.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws applicable to Diverse Commerce LLC's place of registration (Wyoming, USA), unless local law requires otherwise. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Refund Policy

In short: monthly fees already paid are non refundable, but because you can cancel anytime with no notice, you're never locked into paying for time you don't want.

  • Because work and resources are committed to your store throughout each month, monthly fees already paid are non refundable.
  • This is month to month: cancel anytime, in writing, with no notice period and no cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. After that, you won't be charged again.
  • Cancel before your next billing date and you simply won't be billed for the following month.
  • On cancellation, your store and accounts remain fully yours.

Disclaimer

No income guarantee. Our service is not an investment product. We do not guarantee any specific level of sales, income or profit. Results depend on many factors outside our control including demand, platform algorithms, competition, pricing and seasonality.
